Virgo the energy of the planet Uranus is amazing. He is the planet of sudden and unexpected change, genius and willfulness. He will be retrograde in Gemini and your 10th house the house of career and status through February 2027. He suggests you slow down any radical changes in your career or with your social position. If you try to force your ideas on others they may ignore you or write you off as being ego centric and difficult to deal with. This is a good time to listen to experienced people who can give you guidance on how too be more successful. If you are too willful when dealing with people in power they may simply shut you down. Take time to adjust your approach.
